Our return policy is 15 days and will be offered in the form of a store credit or your original method for payment. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a store credit or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Any exception to this policy requires owner authorization. Earrings & Swimwear are FINAL SALES. If an item received is damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. The owner will review the request and reserves the right to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for any item marked final sale after the damaged item is returned.
